Eight of our teams (boys and girls) were selected for a Youth 1st Team Award for exhibiting good sportsmanship and positive conduct during the 2019 Grade State Tournaments hosted by the MYAS.

 The teams listed below were selected to receive a Youth 1st Team Award:

• 4th Grade Girls Maroon
• 5th Grade Girls Maroon
• 6th Grade Girls Maroon
• 8th Grade Girls Maroon
• 5th Grade Boys Maroon
• 5th Grade Boys Gold
• 7th Grade Boys Maroon
• 7th Grade Boys Gold

The Youth 1st Team Award selections are based on votes and comments from the Officials and input from the Tournament Directors. Our teams (players, coaches, parents and fans) are being recognized for exhibiting good sportsmanship and positive conduct during the state tournament. 

We will be hosting the MYAS Youth 1st Team Award presentation for these teams on Wednesday, April 24 at 6:00pm at JHS.
